X-men or Beast men ?Which mark will you receive?

Listen to this sermon

The Year of Rest: Advancing the Kingdom!
X-Men or Beast-Men? Which Mark will you receive?

Matt 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name

Life is about decisions and there will be a decision that all of us have to make that will impact us for eternity! You may say, yes I have received Jesus Christ into my life years ago – isn’t that enough? Praying to receive Christ is only the beginning of a journey with God! Christianity is not a religion we adopt through praying the sinner’s prayer but an eternal relationship with the Father through the Son Jesus Christ that begins now!

This relationship with the Father will be tested through trials and tribulations. There comes a time where we will be have to accept or reject the mark of the beast who will demand our worship and there will be grave consequences ensuing from this decision. The more important question however is, “Do we have the mark of God?”

What is the mark of God? Listen carefully to this sermon and you will be prepared for what is to come and what it means to bear the mark of God in your life. Amen.
