Rapture: You won’t miss it; but you might not make it!

1 Thess 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1 Thess 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words

1 Thess 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

2 Thess 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition
The Rapture of the Saints is probably one of the most anticipated events for Christians all over the world. The idea that there comes a day when we will be taken up in the air is thoroughly fascinating! Wow, better than superman or spiderman! We can fly through the sky! Our bodies will be changed! This is just amazing!

Are you looking forward to the rapture? If you are not now, you soon will be! This will be such a hope that will keep us focused on the Lord Jesus and to be able to endure all that satan will be releasing on the earth – his wrath against the saints of God. This thought should also encourage us to be bold and very courageous in the face of unprecedented danger. The key question to ask is, ‘Will you make it?” This sermon will be very important to all of you that you should listen to it again and again to be prepared and you will make it by the grace of God! Amen.
