Special Sunday Service with Prophet David Wu
Listen to this sermon
Galatians 3: 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Is the topic of curses and blessings important? Consider this: There are approximately 600 references to blessings and about 300 references to curses in the bible. This tells us that God placed quite a tremendous emphasis on this topic? Why? This is because there are many people, including Christians who are enduring curses when they should be enjoying blessings!
In the book of Galatians, Paul the apostle also addressed this important topic! In fact, he proclaimed a wonderful piece of good news – Jesus Christ has redeemed us from the curse because the curse that was on us became his. In fact he became the curse on our behalf!
Why was that necessary? Curses are real and we do have them! But through his death on the Cross, a divine exchange had taken place. The power to break every curse over our lives is now available to every one of us. Curses must be specifically broken, otherwise they will continue to afflict those so affected by them. Many Christians when they prayed to receive Christ might not have realized this truth and now is the time to break every chain over our lives. During this conference, the curses on your lives will be broken and you will walk in the blessings God had intended for you.
How do you know you are walking in the blessings of God. Let me quote the late Derek Prince who was one of the first who taught this topic said about the signs of God’s blessings on your life (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).
1. Exaltation – being lifted up. You’re no longer living under things.
2. Reproductiveness – fruitful in every area of your life.
3. Good Health
4. Prosperity or success
6. Head and not the Tail
7. Above and not below
The Good News – You will walk in these blessing at the end of this conference.
Have a blessed time!
