Spiritual Multiplication in the Harvest!
2 Tim 2:1 So you, my son, be strong [constantly strengthened] and empowered in the grace that is [to be found only] in Christ Jesus. 2 The things [the doctrine, the precepts, the admonitions, the sum of my ministry] which you have heard me teach in the presence of many witnesses, entrust [as a treasure] to reliable and faithful men who will also be capable and qualified to teach others. 3 Take with me your share of hardship [passing through the difficulties which you are called to endure], like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No soldier in active service gets entangled in the [ordinary business] affairs of civilian life; [he avoids them] so that he may please the one who enlisted him to serve.
There is no doubt that we are staring at the greatest harvest of souls in the history of the Church. Just in the last 4 weeks in the infamous city of Pattaya, we have seen nearly 400 new salvations when our leaders went out to minister in Presence, Prophetic and Power Evangelism! We have seen hundreds healed instantaneously and we have planted 10 house churches and a worship/training centre on Sunday afternoon just within 15 months in Pattaya.
How can we properly steward this amazing harvest? It behooves us to receive strategies from the Lord of the Harvest so that this harvest field can be properly reaped and the souls saved transformed to become the Timothys of our generation who can continue to entrust the teachings to reliable men who can teach others also. Our strategy must embrace at its core the principle of spiritual multiplication!
At the leadership level, we are looking at each pastor mentoring 30 every year and for us to train 300 at the Kingdom Leadership College! I believe this will snowball and gather momentum. Be a good soldier of Jesus Christ and be engaged for the harvest of a lifetime, winning souls for Jesus and discipling nations to the glory of our Father! Amen.
