The Year of Rest: Advancing the Kingdom!
The Revelation of the Resurrected Christ!
Rev 1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; 13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
Rev 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
Rev 1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters
Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength
The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the single Most important event in the History of humankind! There is no other event that has such a significant impact on the lives of humankind both in the past, the present and in the future! The Resurrection of Jesus Christ literally changes history! That is why Paul the Apostle said in Phil 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
It is not enough just know the suffering Christ or the crucified Christ! We must know the Resurrected Christ! Without the resurrection, the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus has no meaning! But Christ died, was buried and on the Third day, He rose again and is now seated at the right hand of the Father in throne room of Heaven!
Both Paul and John had a revelation of the Resurrected Christ and it was a life-changing experience for them. Saul of Tarsus was transformed from a Terrorist to become the Apostle par excellence to the gentiles! His ministry and writings literally changed the world! John was given the revelation of the End times and gives us exceeding hope as we thrive in the tribulation and turbulence of the End Times before Jesus comes and take us up! Amen.
